Linking completed ordinances from Membership ordinance summary to Family Search records

My Father; Gerald Call Smith (KWZZ-LPB) died in 2019, he was re-baptized in August of 2006 and his priesthood blessings were restored shortly thereafter. His membership ordinance summary from the unit he resided in prior to his death shows the ordinance dates but they are not appearing in Family Search. How do I get the ordinances to show and remove the orange temple icon? I can provide his membership record # if needed
