Ordinance completed before entered in the tree
In 2017 I added two people to the FamilySearch Family Tree. They have no descendants, well over 110 years old, and to my knowledge none of their extended family are members. I checked for duplicates and so forth to make sure they were newly created people on the tree. Then I printed out their temple cards and began their work.
Within the past few months, their sealing popped up as already being done five years before they were even entered into the FamilySearch system (Sealing in 2012, and originally entered in the system in 2017).
I called support and was told that they could have been done in the Old System, but the old system was gone before 2012.
- How do I find out if this sealing is correct? Or even who did it?
- I have the 2017 print out for the sealing and understand that now it won't be recognized because the random 2012 sealing popped up.
- What are my resources?
Thank you so much
