Look at the Latest Changes for Isabell. There was a merge done on July 30 2021 with ID KHGF-FPJ. The sealing to spouse ordinance is on that ID number. You will need to restore it and then re-merge, keeping the KHGF-FPJ number as the surviving record. See the following Knowledge Article in our Help Center.
