I am not related to them and has no connection on my tree. I have a fully permission to perform temple ordinances from my cousin. My cousin is in the Philippines has no access and no possible way to do computer work. She cannot do reserve the names of her ancestor herself. How can I reserve her family members and do their ordinances.

I have a text message from my cousin Miriam Marcelo who is blood related to the names that are I am trying to reserve. She gave me a full permission to work on her tree.

    Hello @adomingio4152953

In order to get permission to do ordinances for your cousin's relatives, you need the following information. The written permission can be attached.

Make sure that you have signed, written permission from one of your friend's close living relatives. We cannot accept signed, written permission from your deceased friend. Word the written permission this way: I, (name of person giving permission), give (your name) permission to do temple work in a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple, for (name of deceased), who is my (relationship to person giving permission).  (Signature of person giving permission)

If your deceased friend has no close living relatives that can provide written permission, then a request cannot be granted.

    Steps

    1. Add your deceased friend to Family Tree.
    2. Note your friend's ID number in Family Tree.
    3. To request the ordinances, contact FamilySearch. Be prepared to provide this information:
      1. The Family Tree ID of the person for whom you want to do ordinance work.
      2. The full name of the person for who you want to do ordinance work.
      3. Your relationship to the person.

We look forward to helping you with your ordinance request.

I received you response from my the question I had in order to get my aunties siblings work for them.

I was able to print out the temple cards for their parents, but would not print the cards of their children.

    GHJ6-L6L

    GHJ6-RGJ

    GHJ6-LF3

The system wouldn't let me print the cards for these children even though the permission was granted by you and I was able to print out the parent's cards. Please help me with this. Thank you.

    @adomingio4152953,

We apologize for this late response. You will need to fill out the permission form for each of the children, from their ordinance page. It has to be done one by one. Also attach a copy of the permission letter to each request.

    1. To request the ordinances, contact FamilySearch. Be prepared to provide this information:
      1. The Family Tree ID of the person for whom you want to do ordinance work.
      2. The full name of the person for who you want to do ordinance work.
      3. Your relationship to the person.

We wish you success in requesting the ordinances for Francisco Moises, Remedios Moises, and Teresita Moises. If you want to finish the ordinance for Epifania Moises Marcelo, you might request them also.

    Good luck.
