Hi @BalazicHelen, I will be sending you a personal message so that you can attach a scanned copy of the permission letter you have received. You will need to also provide some additional information and my message will tell you what else is needed to forward your concern to the specialty team that can review your request.
If you were instructed that you needed a permission letter, you have asked for permission to do ordinance work for a nonrelated individual since written permission is not needed if you are related to the person who you are concerned about. Our instructions for requesting ordinances for a related person only require the name, relationship, and contact information of the grantor as explained in this knowledge article from our Help Center. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-ordinances-for-an-ancestor-who-was-born-in-the-last-110-years
If you are not related, this next article provides the wording that is to be used in the signed, written permission. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/can-i-request-proxy-temple-ordinances-for-a-friend
Please respond directly to the personal message that is sent so that I can forward your concern to the appropriate team for review. There will be a comment box under my message where you can reply. I look forward to assisting you further.
