Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Can I humbly suggest, that you consider, REPOSTING, this post of yours, under the 'Category' of "Temple", rather than this 'Category' of "FamilySearch Community", which pertains to this Forum (rather than, "Temple" Work).
In that 'Category' of "Temple", the Personnel from 'FamilySearch' "Support", can then easily take your particular Problem/Issue; and, work with you 'Off-Line' (ie. out of the "Public" gaze, though a "Private" communication - 'Messaging' in "FamilySearch; and/or, direct "E-mail"), to try to resolve the matter, for you.
Here is the direct link to that 'Category' of "Temple":
"Q and A" Section
'Category' = Temple

I am sorry, I do not have the ability to "Move" your, post to that 'Category' of "Temple", like I used to have.
I hope this helps.
Brett
ps: You may get lucky, with your post, here in this 'Category'; and, a "Moderator" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ], may eventually, find; and, "Move", this post, to be actioned.
pps: I just suggest that you may get a quicker response if you REPOST in that 'Category' of "Temple".
