Do you have people who do search for you? And what do they charge?

I have done a lot of it. I just have like three questions I can't get answers to. I need someone to do it for me, if I can afford it. ;)

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

Short Answer: 'No', 'FamilySearch' DOES NOT have "Genealogists" that you can hire/engage.

Here is a more appropriate "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch':

Can I hire a genealogist through FamilySearch?

    Where it states:

The Family History Department does not provide a list of accredited genealogists. However, you can find professional genealogists at the following websites:

For additional information, see Hiring a Professional Researcher in the FamilySearch Research Wiki.

While the FamilySearch.org Terms of Use do not prohibit you from sharing your credentials with a professional researcher, we advise caution. Please review the following information from the Terms of Use:

During the registration process, you will be asked to create a sign-in name and password to access certain portions of the FamilySearch affiliated sites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the sign-in name and password. You agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur using this sign-in name and password. If someone else uses your sign-in name and password in such a way as to breach the terms of this agreement, you remain responsible for his or her actions, and use of your sign-in name may be suspended or terminated.

    ------------------

I hope that this may help, somewhat.

    Brett
