I can no longer find the link called Go To My Cases. Where is it?
I used to be able to go the Help, Contact and there was a link called "Go To My Cases." I could review or update my Cases that the Temple Department was working on for me. With the recent change to the site it can no longer be found. Where is it?

Hi Stephen
With the recent changes and moving to the FamilySearch Community. we are no longer tracking cases as was done previously and access to My Cases has been removed. Going forward, you can review your questions right here on community. In the situation where your request/question needs to be forwarded for review and solution, you will be informed here on community and updated as needed by private message about the status of your request/question. You will know you have a private message by looking at the envelop at the upper right which will be marked with a red dot when you have a new message.
Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks for using the FamilySearch Community.

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Further to what has already been proffered ...
FYI
The, 'Third Party', Software Platform, on which, the 'FamilySearch' "Support" Case (Management) System worked, is NOW, for whatever reason, NO LONGER available to 'FamilySearch'.
And, it happened, almost, 'All of a Sudden' ...
NO time, to really PLAN, for a 'Successor' ...
"My Cases" [ie. Our OWN (Personal) "Support" Cases] ... can NO LONGER be, accessed; seen; and/or, viewed.
For 'all intents and purposes' ... they have GONE.
And, it appears, they may NOT be 'resurrected'.
Hopefully, 'FamilySearch' may reconsider; and, "My Cases" [ie. Our OWN (Personal) "Support" Cases] MAY, somehow, be 'resurrected', in some form or other.
Many of us STILL have ACTIVE "Support" Cases; and/or, often, REOPEN, "Support" Cases that have NOT been Finalized.
IF, you are lucky; THEN, you may STILL have the "E-mails" from 'FamilySearch' pertaining to your OLD 'FamilySearch' "Support" Cases.
Now ...
That Said ...
Basically, the 'FamilySearch' "Support" (System; and, Personnel) have NOW been included/incorporated (ie. lumped, 'holus-bolus') INTO this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
This "Community.FamilySearch" Forum was ORIGINALLY established as a medium of ...
Users/Patrons, HELEPING / ASSISTING, Users/Patrons ...
In an OPEN (ie. "Public") Forum.
The "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, has worked, just fine; and, quite successfully, like that for a number of YEARS.
As such ...
In regards to 'FamilySearch' "Support" ...
We can NO LONGER, either:
(1) "Send a Message" [ ie. PRIVATE communication ], DIRECTLY to 'FamilySearch' "Support" ; whereby, creating a "Support" Case number; or
(2) even 'see' Our OWN "Support" Cases, whether ACTIVE or not.
Therefore, currently ...
The ONLY options, to contact 'FamilySearch' "Support", NOW are to, either,
(1) For a "Private" communication ...
Contact 'FamilySearch' "Support" DIRECTLY via the,
(a) Telephone
(b) an "On-Line" ('Live') "Chat"
To keep the communication "Private", if you are directed BACK to this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, insist that you do not want to do so; and, prefer that the matter be handled "Privately"; so that, they can communicate with you "Privately" via/through, ("Private") 'Messaging' in 'FamilySearch'; or, DIRECT "E-mail".
Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch', which list the various Telephone numbers [and, "On-Line" ('Live') "Chat" facilities], for all around the World, where one can have DIRECT contact with 'FamilySearch' "Support".
Contact Support
https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/contact-familysearch-support
OR ...
(2) For a communication is "Public" view ...
As you have done here, 'Post' HERE in "Community.FamilySearch" Forum
HOPEFULLY, the "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ] HERE in this Forum, can TAKE the MATTER, 'as is', in/through the post, directly into the workings of 'FamilySearch' "Support"; and, in the least communicate with you "Privately" via/through, ("Private") 'Messaging' in 'FamilySearch'; or, DIRECT "E-mail".
IF, you want, you can, for "Privacy", keep any 'Post' here to a minimum, devoid of, "Personal" Information about one's self; and, even, not providing information about any Ancestors, just a precis of the matter; and, requesting a "Private" communication directly from 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel).
.
I know that this does not help; but, I hope it gives you some, insight; and, perspective.
