Messages showing completed ordinances have disappeared
A list of completed ordinances used to be included in messages. I just checked, and half of them are missing, which were showing a week ago.
If the temple is going to keep our ordinance cards now, we need a way to see what has been completed.
Functions that used to work fine are continually being altered and we are losing essential information.

Here is information about why you may not be seeing the completed list. We understand your frustration but unfortunately, it is been changed.

That article did not help at all and is not really relevant to my particular situation.
I am looking at 'Notifications' and the temple tab.
I have done several ordinances in 2021, and none of them are showing.
I also did multiple initiatories for males on 14 March 2020, and they are also not showing.

Really disappointed that familysearch team is not helping out here.
Doesn't this forum replace the 'My Cases' feature? When we had 'My Cases' patrons had a way to track help requests and I never had one ignored for 10 days.
Is our only option now to make phone calls?

Did you happen to do ordinances for someone who had been submitted by another person, not yourself? Those would show on the other person's notifications.
Notifications only indicate ordinances have been completed, not the names. Notifications disappear in 7 days automatically.
The completed list shows on the Temple tab.

Rather than looking in your Temple Notification look at the Temple that is in the very top of FamilySearch.
There you can see My Reservations, Completed, Shared and Ordinances ready. This is a new layout since 2020. Also, not at the far right you can click on filter options to find what you want..
Hopefully the attached file will help you see what you need. As @Sanra indicated above the notifications are only there for 7 days. Where as the Temple at the top of the FamilySearch page shows much more information. Read through the article sent to you by @DebDT above. That will give more information as well.
We apologize for the changes but overall there is much more information in the new layout. Things are always changing and sometimes it is frustrating to get used to the changes. Feel free to contact us by phone if you have more questions.
