Beginning Monday, April 10th the temple category will only be viewable to Church members who must be logged into their member account to see it.

It's asking me to unshare an individual that isn't shared to begin with
This is for individual Adriana Venis, KGQF-R7D. She shows that ordinances are ready for E and SP, but when I go to print it says that she is shared with the temple. When I go to my shared people under the temple tab, and search for her, she doesn't appear. How can I print out her card?

Hello Debra,
Thank you for your question about the ordinances for Adriana Venis, KGQF-R7D. We went to her Details page, clicked on Ordinances, and see that the "Request" button is still there, which indicates you have yet to requested them. We suggest you go to Adriana's Ordinance page, and click request, and request again on the next screen. You should then be able to print the cards.
After requesting you will have 90 days to complete the ordinances.
