Are these records death dates or burial dates?

I am reviewing Image Name008041074_00092Batch IDMSPC-KZ1 . I can't tell if I am looking at burial dates or death dates. My hunch is death dates but I can't be sure. I am not able to go to the beginning of the book to see a title or a clue. Any suggestions?

These records are indexes of Baptisms. In the first field, the Entry Type should be: Baptism/Birth/Christening.
