Mouse sticks on image when doing web indexing.

When doing web indexing: You left click the mouse on the image so as to move the image around on the screen. Normal, when you let up on the left button you then move to do something else with the mouse. The left button remains stuck "clicked" down when the mouse is drug out of the window, the image continues to be dragged with the mouse movement. You have to left click again to release the mouse from moving the image. This is totally frustrating! Could this be looked at to correct this from happening?

I guess you verified the same actions exists with a different mouse/computer in the indexing program?
