Why am I not able to reserve the sealing to spouse of my uncle William Dee Eddie LR4Y-57G

He was married for a short time to Nyal Bigler KW8S-68K. They were divorced and no living children. All of his children are from his second wife and my aunt Jacqueline Dodds. I am wantinting to seal my Uncle Dee to my aunt Jackie. I have permission from my cousin and their oldest son. I have reserved the other ordinances with the exception of the endowment which shows completed in the Ogden temple. I feel this is a mistake as how can the endowment be completed without permission and the other ordinances (baptism, confirmation and initatory) not completed? Can we correct this?
I am not opposed to sealing my unkle Dee to his first wife Nyal Bigler but don't feel I have permission to do that. Please advise on that.
1-So, Can we correct the endowment for my Uncle Dee? 2- Can I get the sealing to his spouse Jacqueline Dodds ( my aunt) released so I can do that work also? Again, I permission to do so.
Thank you
Jerry Eddie

All requests to do ordinances for our ancestors who were born in the last 110-years must be made by filling out the online request form that is available on the Ordinance pages of those ancestors, rather than by posting a question in the Temple Category of the Community.
A request ticket is created when you attempt to reserve specific ordinances, and these tickets are reviewed as they come into the system. The specialty team that works with these cases is a few days behind, so if you already have a ticket number for the request to do ordinances for your Uncle and Jacqueline please be patient and you should receive an email related to that request when it has been reviewed and either approved or declined.
If you have not yet created the ticket, please remember that you will need to provide the information described in the following knowledge article which is found in our Help Center. It is a reminder of how to fill out the form. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-ordinances-for-an-ancestor-who-was-born-in-the-last-110-years
It is good to remember that when a SS is involved, you need permission for both individuals so it is good that you have gotten permission from a child of your Aunt and Uncle since children meet the requirements for both individuals. Be sure you review the article if you have not out an online request previously.
Any additional communication about this concern should take place through the email that will be sent to you once the online form has created a ticket. If you still have additional questions, please contact me personally. I have sent you a personal message to get some additional information in regard to the Endowment that you are concerned about. Use the Comment box below that personal message to let me continue to assist with that concern.
