How do I access my husband's account now that he has passed away?

My husband passed away almost 3 months ago. Recently I tried to log into his account to see what family names have been reserved, so I can do the temple work now that the temples have reopened. It says "error" when I try to log in. Is there anyway to get to his reserved names?

Thanks you for your help. Cynthia Coblentz

Condolences on the death of your husband. Once his death was added to his membership record his account was locked, and it is no longer accessible,

Temple reservation lists are handled differently, depending on whether the member died, was incapacitated, or had a withdrawal of membership. You can submit a request to have the member's entire family names list released. Provide specific information. You will need at least a few IDs that were on his temple list.
