When my husband passed in 2014, I could see all of his Temple endowments. However, they are not longer available now!? I can see others who have passed in the last few years.......why not his?

After reviewing the Latest Changes it appears that his record has been merged several times without regard to preserving the ordinances and the record containing the ordinances has been absorbed into another.

After review we see that there are a number of reasons that ordinances may be showing as not available and others are working on getting our team of experts to evaluate your specific situation. But, in the meantime, one likely reason you are not seeing his ordinances is that both parties to a sealing must be deceased for the ordinances to show.
