This is in regard to Franklin George Albert Ebaugh Jr (KCQY-1MQ) ; date of birth 26 Feb 1925. He's a relative of my husband's-I am doing his family history research with his support and blessing.

His date of death is listed as 25 Jun 2003 in York County, Pennsylvania and that date is verified by Social Security Death Index information, as well as cemetery information from both Find a Grave and Billion Graves too (all are listed as sources in his record).

Temple work was completed as follows: Baptism on 17 Sep 1992 in the Saint George Temple; Endowment completed on 14 Oct 1992 in the Saint George Temple and his Sealing to Parents ordinance was completed 27 Oct 1992 in the Saint George Temple. These ordinance dates are well before his death date and thus are considered invalid and should be removed.

Which department should this be forwarded to so this can take place?
