Unavailable ordinance information
My seventh generation back grandmother is Mercy Johnson, 1709 - 1747. Her ordinances are all marked unavailable and I would like to know why and if I have to still request them done. She is the only relative in a long line not to be completed if they have not been done. Thank you, Sharon Ashby-Robinson

We have viewed this record in Family Tree. It looks like the issue is resolved and her ordinances are ready to request.
Best wishes.

After adding sources of Birth, Anabel Mamie Alice Beltz, GQTQ-769, is eligible to have her Ordinaces performed. The system is telling me she does not fall within the 110 year rule, when her birth was 1910. This is not the first time this has occurred. Please, teach the system how to count the years.
