What is the church policy regarding revealing ordinance work for famous people? A person asked the following, "why our famous peoples ordinances not available?". What should be my answer?

We assume that you are looking at someone in your tree that is famous? It would be helpful if you included their ID. We could then look at the person and see what you are looking at.
"Not Available" might appear for many reasons. The most common are the following:
- Privacy reasons prevent display of the ordinances.
- The individual is still living or death information is not recorded properly.
- The person lived before A.D. 1500, and the ordinances are probably complete.
- Additional approvals are required before you can perform ordinances for the person (such as for a famous person or Jewish Holocaust victim).

This question was asked through a FamilySearch program. As a Missionary working on Virtual consultations, I was asked to respond to the patron's question.
The following comment was sent to my manager. "My understanding is that the ordinance information for all famous (including entertainment, politics, sports, etc.) is kept private for privacy concerns. I did one once and It took a specialist over an hour to get a temple card. In addition, FamilySearch was shown as the submitter.
Unless you direct otherwise, I plan to include your bullet points and some version of what I sent to my manager.
