You can correct this yourself by removing Ruth M. Hurt from being the spouse of Arthur Patton. Following is an article with instructions on how to do this.

    Hello @DorothyRuether

Could you please let us know where you saw the record of Ruth M Hurt married to Arthur Patton?

The answer to whether this can be corrected depends on whether the record is an historical source record or a record in the Family Tree part of FamilySearch.

If there is an error on the source record (the document or certificate) we cannot change this information. This article explains...

If the error is in the Family Tree part of FamilySearch this can be changed. We invite everyone to correct mistakes. You may like to reach out to others who have contributed information and we would invite you to add sources and explain any changes you make.
