Sources not attaching place names correctly.

For the past 2-3 weeks, about 25% of the time a place name from a source, that I have "standardized" during the source attachment process, comes across into the record "Un-standardized" and requires that place to be revisited and standardized.

This is a recurring intermittent bug. There's another thread about it somewhere here in Communities, but the search is not coughing it up for me.

The bug seems to be related to the length of your session; the longer you've been working on FS without closing your browser, the more likely it is to happen.
