How do I index this unusual batch of Banns records?

UK, England, Middlesex—Parish Registers, 1539–1988 [Part B][MSP8-5Q2]

At the top is "April 1844" then it looks like down the left side of the page are dates of the month when services were accomplished.

For example: 7. Banns

7 Mrs (?) Starr

10 Mrs Wheeler

etcetera

Is what looks like Mrs really Mrs, or does it mean Mr. and Mrs.?

Does this mean I should list the man as Mr. Wheeler and the woman as Mrs. Wheeler?

The left side of the page is the priest's calendar of sorts. We don't index that side.

They are Mrs. and probably are dates of churchings, so they don't get indexed.

For this batch, you would index the right side page only which are all burials in March of 1844 (each has it's own day listed).

Thank you for indexing these precious and sometimes difficult to read records.
