You may need to contact the Legacy customer support group as this may be a problem from their end, or maybe they would be able to help you if there is something that is missing. I know that when I have had issues with Roots Magic, the customer support people have been really helpful.

While we are not able to resolve partner issues between other products, like Legacy, it may help to clear all your cookies in both programs. You may also want to try a different browser and see if that helps. Sometimes that will make a difference.
If these don't work, You may also be able to get help at a family history center or from your family history consultant.

- Google Chrome—the current version and one previous
- Microsoft Edge—the current version and one previous
