Mark Joseph Wiliams is my brother. I would like to get his temple work done, but it’s showing that his baptism and conformation needs to be done. It was done when he was living.

Since your brother died in 2020 and with all that was going on with Covid, more than likely the Ward Clerk did not mark him as deceased on the Church Membership system. Once you contact the Ward Clerk and have him do that the ordinances completed in Mark's life will show up. Thank you for providing proof of his death in the memories. If you cannot contact the Ward Clerk we can send your request to another department to assist you with this.
