I want to be sealed to my deceased husband, but the sealing is not available.

I would like to be sealed to my husband, William Wesley Janes, KL6T-4XM, DOB 26 Nov 1935, DOD 27 Aug 2013.
His ordinances show that this sealing is not available. I have done all the steps necessary to have the sealing done, but I cannot print the card. I would appreciate it if this name could be released to me.
