Ordinance Ready Program sync with other directives
The names you get from Ordinance Ready for sealing to parents or sealing to their spouses or parents have no previous ordinances done or the endowment is not done. This is contrary to the directive we get to do ordinances in order. Please change the Ordinance Ready program to where the names that are given through that program have all their ordinances done so all directives are are unified. This isn't a question but not sure where this will be seen. I put it on Ideas-Other

We understand your information. Here is more information on when ordinances are done out of order.
Please perform temple ordinances in the correct sequence. Perform individual ordinances before sealings. The FamilySearch Family Tree website does not clear ordinances if prerequisite ordinances have not been cleared or performed.
The correct sequence of ordinances is as follows:
- Baptism.
- Confirmation.
- Initiatory.
- Endowment.
- Sealing of a husband and wife and sealing of children to parents (if possible). Whenever possible, parents should be sealed to each other before the children are sealed to the parents.
Although vicarious ordinances performed out of sequence are valid, they become effective only after the prerequisite ordinances are completed.

Why are the temple ordinance dates out of order in Family Tree?

I want to add something else to help with perspective of why out of order is sometimes OK. I am allowed to do the work for the spouse of someone in my line, but I am not allowed to do her parents because that is off of my line. The sealing to parents is her ordinance on her card, and is something I can do but what if her parents have not completed their temple work....I use to wait for parents, but that was taking years. I am glad for this change to be able to complete some sealings out of order so I can complete the ones for these spouses. Also you may notice that during old extraction programs, some sealings of couples were completed years ago even when other ordinances were not complete, so in some ways the out of order sealings is really not new. I do complete the ordinances in the correct order when it is in my power to do so (the if possible) part of the guidelines above.

The above link: Sealing a couple before doing other ordinances DOES NOT WORK. Don't know where I need to put this information.
Thanks Cindy for your answer to my question

Whenever possible, a couple should be endowed before being sealed to each other. However, it is not required in order to perform the sealing to spouse.

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ]
FYI
This is an ongoing dilemma, for many Members of the Church.
The matter, has been canvased, on numerous occasions, in the various 'iteration' for the 'FamilySearch' Forums.
Really, the choice is yours, whether or not, to do the "Temple" Work of "Sealing to Spouse" that OrdinanceReady" provides.
Short Answer:
'Yes', you can proceed, with the "Temple" Work of "Sealing to Spouse" that OrdinanceReady" provides.
[ If you so desire; but, of course, you DO NOT have to, if you do not want to. ]
As an aside ...
One does not really have to be too concerned ...
We have been advised, that regardless if "Ordinances" are done 'Out of Sequence', not to worry; as, those "Ordinances" that are done 'Out of Sequence' simply DO NOT take effect, UNTIL the prerequisite "Ordinances" are "Completed".
And, most importantly ...
"Ordinances" that are done 'Out of Sequence' DO NOT have to be done again; as, they are STILL "Valid".
Here are some "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':
