    Hi Edna

Thank you for giving the link to this record, I have looked carefully at the record, although this page is extremely difficult to read if you go to the earlier pages in this book they are much clearer and do seem to me to be marriage records, they give a date, year and just the two names of the participants. There are no additional names to suggest they are baptismal records nor anything to link the names to deaths.

I'm not sure if anyone else can see this better than I am able or can translate it.

I agree that it is very difficult to read, but I think that the names for couple # 8 are Abraham Furer, and Elsi Luethi. Yes, it is a marriage and taken from the following record.

    Schweiz, Kirchenbücher, 1277-1992, Bern > Lauperswil > Evangelisch-Reformierte > Heiraten 1672-1726 > image 17 of 54.

    Thank you, Edna
