Sealing my Brother in law to his mother born less than 110 years ago

My brother in law asked me to seal him to his parents before he died, his mother was born less than 110 years ago. His wife my sister has given permission but as I am unable to request it through familysearch because I am not directly related. Is there a way I can still do this Temple work?

Thanks,

Tom

I would like to do the temple work for Gladys Edith Harris GQV1-444, Her son Norman is my brother in law. His wife my sister Jean is my sister. Norman expressed a desire while living to be sealed to his step father and mother. Jean my sister has given me permission to do the Temple work for Norman's mother. Am I able to request it and how can I do that seeing as I am not directly related,

    Thanks,

    Tom
