Ordinances Unavailable

I am trying to figure out why my 2 relatives have their ordinances listed as unavailable. All the other children and his wife have had their ordinances completed.
Peter Cloyse 27 May 1640 – 18 July 1708 9814-ZNH
Peter Cloyse II 1670 – 19 April 1733 LZLN-4LR

There are many reason why ordinances get listed as not available. In every case, the records need to be sent forward for review. We will be sending these records forward. Here is a link explaining more about Ordinance Not Available.

Since asking this question, I have discovered 2 more relatives who have ordinances listed as unavailable.
They are:

Sarah Towne Cloyse LZSS-S4L

We are sorry but the ID for Anne Fox is not correct. There should only be 7 characters. Could you please check on that. In the meantime, we have submitted Sarah Towne for review. Thanks.
