Baptism and Confirmation are missing for Theda Mae Bear Quiver 11 May 1955 – 22 May 2006 GSNY-JG4

In 1966 and 67, we had an Indian Placement Student in our home. Her name was Theda Mae Bear Quiver, GSNY-JG4. In updating her records lately I discovered that her baptism and Confirmation were not recorded. Her mother and sister, who are both deceased, have their Ordinances showing as completed, and I would assume that they were done at the same time as Theda's was, and we know that they had to be baptized before they could be placed into the Indian Placement Program. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
