Sealing reserved for two people who were not married - how to stop it?

Harold Russell Palm L62M-XTY and Zena Marguerite Atkinson KCJH-8FT had a child together, but never married. Someone has submitted their names for Sealing to Spouse. This is clearly incorrect, as they never married. How can this ordinance request that has been shared with the temple system be stopped?

    Thank you for bringing this to our notice. Your request to unreserve the shared proxy ordinance has been resolved and the ordinance has been unreserved for Harold Russell Palm L62M-XTY and Zena Marguerite Atkinson KCJH-8FT

    If you link a child to both parents, the system assumes the parents were married and, depending on the information available, a sealing to spouse ordinance can show as available. If a couple had a child together but never married, you can prevent the sealing from being done by deleting the parents' couple relationship.
