Thank you for reaching out to FamilySearch to inquire why the Temple ordinance for Winifred Collins, LZZN-P7P are giving you a "not available" message. If you will go to the question mark on the left side at the top of the FamilySearch page and click on the ?, at the bottom of the pop-up, you will see "Help Center". Please go to that and type in the search bar "In FamilySearch what does not available mean".
This will direct you to an article that lists the reasons why this message may be appearing. If none of these apply, an internal group will address your concern.
