Wrong indexing

I didn't know where to report an issue with an indexing error. I was looking for a Gilbert Enright in land records, which is a rare name is Ireland. There was a single entry for Gilbert. I viewed the image icon on the right of the index. which is indeed the correct image from the source : National Archives. The whole 15 pages of this particular land assessment is indexed at the top of the page under the wrong civil parish. Kilrush is and has never been part of Kilballyowen parish. Kilballyowen is the same area corresponding to the Carrigaholt area of County Clare. When I followed the link to the Kilballyowen parish all the townlands that are selectable for the records are from the Kilrush Parish. It produces the correct image, but wrong indexing. Also the records here on the site are indexed with dates of 1843 whereas the National Archives has the same record with a date of 1847. Just thought I should let someone know. It took time but i figured it out. But since Gilbert died in 1845. I still don't know which date to believe...

I believe the "take the place from Part 1" indexing post-processing error strikes again (https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/92633/what-if-anything-can-be-done-about-widespread-metadata-errors-in-indexes-of-multi-part-films#latest).

It's film 007246952, right? That's a multi-part film, and part 1 is "Valuation Office Field Book 4.0309, Co. Clare, Moyarta, Kilballyowen Parish" (according to the filming bookmark page: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G94J-M4VW?i=4&cc=2329951).

My experience with this error is in the Hungarian civil registrations, on which the indexing is still on-going. I'm not sure when it started, but it has to be less than ten years ago. I still haven't gotten any sort of answer on whether the process has been fixed or not, and what the chances are for the existing errors to be corrected.
