Janet Kay Turnidge LF2T-R1B, had her temple ordinances completed while she was living. Dates from the family book of remembrance are: Baptism - Jan 6,1951 / Endowed - June 3, 1960 / Sealed to Parents - Dec 15, 1950. Thank you.

    Hi Cynthia

In case of ordinances being performed while living, what needs to happen is for her death date to be added to her membership record. This is normally done by the ward clerk at the time of death. As an alternative, if you can attach a proof of death to her record in family tree or to your comment on community, they we can have that added to her membership record. We have also sent you a private message for some additional information. We look forward to your reply. Thanks.
