Missing ordinance

Need help with case #07827687 from October 2020. We performed Baptism, Confirmation, Initiatory, Endowment, and sealing to husband, for my husband's Great-Granduncle's wife in Feb. 2006 in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Her name is Elizabeth Monaghan, PID #LHSR-F6F. She had been merged with Margaret Mongahan. Both had been born in Ireland and died in Australia and married a man by the same name. After days of research I restored Elizabeth and attached all the children to the correct parents. But after restoring Elizabeth her baptism, confirmation, Initiatory, and Endowment dates stayed with Margaret Mongahan, PID # KZPR-2H5. When I sent in the information back in October to get a case number, I sent a picture of the Temple cards showing proof that we had performed all her ordinances. Please let me know if you need the pictures again, or any other information to get the ordinances back with Elizabeth.

Thanks for your help,

Lesa Pollard
