Alimony Court Case from the Baltics
Guten Morgen! Could anybody help me read these two pages from an alimony court case from the Baltics? Most of the case files are in Estonian, which I can read, but the two pages I am posting here comprise the appellate review in a higher court, in which written procedure was German. The name of the file is "Akte in Appellationssachen des Maddis Kiik aus Awwinorm-Wald wider das Erkenntnis des örtlichen Gemeindegerichts in Sachen der Ann Paljak wegen Alimentation," and it occurred 1887 in Dorpat (now Tartu, Estonia). Any Hilfe would be greatly appreciated!

@patrickrichardsmonson1 We are so glad you have joined our German community - It is a great place to get help and to help others! We have a lot of talented, experienced participants here.
Be sure to review the links at the top of our community page for some great resources - we add new ones as we find them.
We look forward to hearing from you. Most of the time, it is best to "ask a question" - do this by selecting the arrow to the right of "new discussion". Asking a question allows you to accept the answer or let us know you would like more help. I was able to change this post to a question for you.
I will mark this as a rejected answer as it does not answer your question, it just offers some tips. Thus your post will still show unanswered.
Thanks for being patient as we sometimes must wait for a response to come from a volunteer with the needed skill set. It is always good if you include the identification number of the person in question in Family Search Family Tree so we can see the bigger picture.
We look forward to your comments and questions.
Enjoy today! Cindy Jarvis

Hello patrickrichardsmonson1
although the script is rather clear I have difficulties with some words, maybe because of the legal wording.

After prior consent presented himself Per Maddis Kiik from Awwinorm-Wald who, while presenting a certificate of appeal from the community court, asked for liberation from the payment of alimony of 100 Ru., because he would not be alone to blame and had paid cash every time when he had associated with Ann Paljak.
