    Hello @LenoreAkerson1

    We took a somewhat round-about approach, but were successful in finding a John Page with the above listed ordinances.

    First we went to the IGI and found his record, with the ID number MZQ2-PPP. We searched for that ID in Family Tree which resulted in location of a combined record with the surviving record number LZXR-3X2. This is a Deleted Person. That record's survivor was L87N-Y6K, which also shows as having been deleted in 2013, with no surviving record.

    Next, we went to beta.familysearch.org and found John Page LZXR-3X2:

    Page, John LZXR-3X2.JPG

    You can see that this record contains the missing ordinances you referenced. You can see there is an issue with the hidden parents and also there is only one sealing to spouse in 1962, to Jane Byrd Nelson. The beta version is a sandbox, so to speak, and is not linked to production. Since this version of beta was saved, there have been other updates in Family Tree that are not shown here.

    You have the option in Family Tree of restoring this deleted record. You would use the Find feature, enter the ID LZXR-3X2. Then, go to the person page where you will see a black banner, with the words Person Deleted. The Restore Person option is in the lower right corner of this top box. Restoring the person should bring back the early ordinances, but obviously there are duplicates in Family Tree that you will want to analyze and merge with this record.

    Here is the knowledge article about restoring deleted records, for your reference:

    Good luck! Let us know if you need additional assistance.

    @LenoreAkerson1

    The ordinances shown above are on a deleted ID LZXR-3X2. You can restore that ID and re-merge to show the earlier ordinances.

    His wife, Jane Bryd Nelson LZXR-QMH is the same and the children have the same ID numbers. There is a difference in the death date.

    We hope you will be successful in restoring the deleted ID and merging the records so the surviving record is LZXR-3X2

    Hello @CJTobler

    If the guest follows the instructions given about restoring the deleted record and merging the duplicates again, there should be no need for another team to locate the missing earlier ordinances.
