Baptism and confirmation dates missing from my daughter's record
Hi,
My name is Penni Kiss. I need help getting my daughter's baptism and confirmation dates into her record so I can take her name to the temple.
I have her Baptism and Confirmation certificate.
here is the info that is already entered.

We are very sorry for the loss of your daughter. You are trying to get her ordinance information entered into her details page. The following information should help you. The article below gives reasons why unavailable might show. Check to make sure that her death date has been recorded on her Church membership record. Also you should add yourself and her father so her sealing and her husband and /or children to her if she had them. If it still continues to be a problem, please let us know.
- The record is about a Church member who died, and the death has not been recorded on his or her Church membership record.
