Mary Walter is "Needs More Information" for temple ordinances. It appears to me that birth and death are correctly documented. What is the problem?

The ordinance page does not say "Needs More Information."

It says "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information."

Which means that if you want more information about why they are not available, you need to contact Support. Posting here as you have should get their attention and you should get a direct message from them.

The statement you are seeing usually means either that there is some data problem on the record that only Support can fix or there is something sensitive associated with the record that is blocking the ordinances. There is nothing you can do until you hear from Support.

Support sent me here to ask my question. I know this needs to be escalated because I've had this problem before. I guess I'll call again.
