I have two second cousins who have no children and no other immediate family members who are still living. How do I request permission to do their temple work?

Look in the Help Center for the article:

"I cannot find any close living relatives to grant permission for ordinances"

This article describes the policy when no close living relatives exist.

    Afterwards, use the article:

"How do I request ordinances for an ancestor who was born in the last 110 years?"

This article describes the procedure for requesting the ordinances. You will identify that there are no living relatives in the request.
