    We understand that you are unable to view the record hint in order to attach the record. We were able to recreate this issue.

    Your question will be forwarded to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team if they need to gather more information.

    I followed the prompt to reset cookies in FamilySearch. I was still denied access to the record sources and asked to install a new browser because the one I am using is not secure. I have always used Chrome and this is the only time it has shown to be insecure. I do not want to install a new browser. Is Chrome not secure? I think there is still some glitch with this particular person and source.

    I will try logging on under my husband's account and password to see if that will make any difference.

    @Mary Lynne KennedyMarine

    We have replicated the error in Firefox as well is Chrome so it is not a browser issue. It appears to be an issue with the various research helps. We see the same problem with Fredick's Wife Emily. Since @Suzytx above indicate that your question has been specialty team to review this problem, please wait for a response from that team. They will contact you if they need more information. They will also email you or respond with a message in your notifications (the bell icon above) when they have an answer for this issue.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your patience.
