Thank you for contacting FamilySearch Community. There are different issues happening that effect your question.

Covid-19 closed all Temples. The following article explains what happen to the dates of the reservation's of Ordinances.

    • What happens to my ordinance reservation during the COVID-19 outbreak?
    • Expirations for ordinance reservations have been extended while temples are closed.

Second, if another Patron has reserved Ordinances we follow the same article and time frame of the reserved Ordinances.

We hope we answered your question.

    Hello @Miriam Guadalupe Tamez Gharbi,

We see that you would like to do ordinances that were reserved by someone else. It could be that the person has not replied to your message because they are not checking for their messages in FamilySearch.

One thing you can try is to see if their email address is available so you can send a message directly that way. When you click on the other user's name and the Send a Message window comes up, is the other person's email address there? If so, simply click on the email address to get in touch with them.

You can search for the following article in the Help Center:

Someone has reserved an ordinance that I would like to do

    Best wishes!

There is no other way to contact the person that has received my blood great grandmother since she doesn’t list an email or phone number or anything on there but to send a message thru family search. How can I find information on that person to contact them directly?

    Miriam
