I have a couple whose sealing says "cannot request - not available"

When checking on the Sealing to Spouse for this couple it appears that the ordinance has been reserved by another. You may contact that person and request that they release their reservation if you want to do the work yourself.

When looking at this record, I did not see the message "Cannot Request - Not Available" for the Sealing to Spouse. Is that what you see?
On my computer, I see the message "Sealing to Spouse - In progress" and then it shows who reserved it and when.
If you are seeing the initial message, you may need to clear cookies and/or change your browser. Then, you can follow the instructions in the previous comment to contact the other user who has reserved the Sealing to Spouse.
