Better user interface for Title / Body Boxes and Labels for Posts/Questions

Various people have pointed out the lack of clarity when posting a Question or an Idea - as it relates to the fact that the first text window (title) is labeled

but the 2nd one (body/detail) is not.

can we please add some sort of label on the 2nd box - and some sort of help verbiage to clarify what goes in the 1st and what goes in the 2nd

I know for many of us its 2nd nature - but for many people new to the community - it really is not obvious.

PLEASE seriously consider some chnage to make it clearer to first time users.

also the "ask question" blue button on the bottom right - would probably best be replaced with something like "Submit Question".
