Proxy approvals
First I have a complaint that in the permission area for getting next of kin's approval, It only asked who the next of kin was, the address and telephone number. Nowhere did I see it saying that I would need written approval from the next of kin. I took three weeks at least for me to be notified that I would need written approval via email to me. If I had known, I would have gotten it when I got the verbal approval.
Now I have the written approval (see attachment) I followed the email's instruction and I assumed it would immediately be granted. It hasn't been. Is it going to take another three weeks to get the permission taken off the names so I can do the proxies?

@Rodney Levan Hershberger,
You are anxious to complete the proxy ordinances for David Bruce Coleman Jr, and Betty Jane Teichman. We understand your frustration and concern. We are unable to answer your time question. The 110 approvals are backed up, but they try to do them in order, and as quickly as possible.
We hope your requests will be granted soon.

Hi Rodney,
You have a good question about written permission not being specified in the instructions, when reserving ordinances that say Permission Required. You may wish to add this to the "Ideas" section of Community, so it might be add to the instructions, and save time going forward.
We are enclosing the article link about Permission from the closest living relative, in case it may be helpful.

I understand you can't answer a time question. What you can answer is why not tell everyone that written permission is required at the beginning. I would have chopped at least two weeks off my wait time!!!
