Anytime I attempt to open one or all of my messages in FamilySearch using Safari, It just creates error messages. I'm forced to use another browser in order to handle my messages

There seem to be more and more things that are being broken in Safari that are not being fixed.

Safari 12.1.2

MacOS Sierra 10.12.6

I use Safari and m not having any trouble with messages in FamilySearch or any other part of the website. But them I'm on MacOS 10.15.7 and Safari 14.1.2.

This page: https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/which-internet-browsers-are-compatible states that FamilySearch supports the current version of Safari and the most recent previous version, that is currently Safari 14 and Safari 13.

I'm afraid that the problems you are seeing are due to upgrades in Safari and changes in FamilySearch to both deal with and take advantage of those upgrades. They will probably just get worse as time goes on.

Great. I thought it was the previous two versions.

Safari works with every other site I access. Only FS screws up with it.

I do not get an error message but the Messages page can take up to a minute to load. I now rarely go there.
