"Temple ordinances were recorded"

I received notification from FamilySearch that some of my temple ordinances were recorded. When I sent to the notification and selected "View List" I get the numerics of "My Reservations", "Shared", and "Completed" on the left hand side. But on the rest of the screen under "Person" I just get gray fields, looking as if it is going to update but never doing so.

I have had this same notification numerous times and have been able to see the names - until today.

Any others having this same problem?

    @alpaulsen1

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, I happen to be a Members of the Church ...]

    FYI

There was a recent Problem/Issue with regard to what you are referencing ...

    But ...

    That Said ...

As far as I was aware, that matter seemed to have gotten resolved (ie. addressed/fixed).

I just checked, my "Completed" LIST - all looks good.

I believe that what has been recommended, to address/fix, what you are referencing is to ...

"Clear" one's, "Cache", and, "Cookies" ... for one's "Browser"

That seems to resolve the matter, for most User/Patrons.

Here is a "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch":

How do I delete all of the cookies and temporary files stored by my internet browser?

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-delete-all-of-the-cookies-and-temporary-files-stored-by-my-internet-browser

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-delete-all-of-the-cookies-and-temporary-files-stored-by-my-internet-browser

    I hope this helps.

ps: IF, that does not work in addressing/fixing your particular problem/issue; THEN, please advise here.

    Hello @alpaulsen1

There doesn't seem to be a general current problem with viewing My Reservations. Have you tried clearing temporary files and cache from your computer? What about resetting FamilySearch cookies? You could also try switching browsers and/or restarting your computer.

If needed, here is the knowledge article that explains how to clear temporary files stored by your internet browser:

    We hope this helps!
