My son Troy Allen Winford, LNKP-55Y, died October 20, 2019. His ordinances are not available. Everything is standardize, why can't we do his work?
As stated above, your question was forwarded to a different department. We wanted to add a little more information for you that might be helpful if this situation comes up again. First of all, we are so sorry for the loss of you son. You were asking about why his ordinances are blocked. What we see when we look at his page on FamilySearch, he is not connected to anyone. You need to add a wife and children (if needed), and add his parents. That will give more information so that he could be sealed to family members.
The ordinance status "Not Available" means that the ordinance information for the person is unavailable to view.

Other reasons include the following:
Looked at the ID# and the ordinances are shown as Not Available. There are no recent merges or duplicates. Forwarded the case to the next Dept.
My son was not active, and he lived in Broken Arrow. I don't know what Ward he would of been in. Can you look up his church record, and list him as deceased? I don't know what else I can do.
ward he would
It looks like they got this fixed for you. Go to his record and you will see that you can request the ordinances now. You will probably get a message regarding this soon from the moderator that took charge of this for you.
