Why is my letter restricted

I am creating an album in Gallery and the album has accepted 5 of the 6 pages. One is restricted. It is just an ordinary letter. Please see attached. Wondering why this would happen.

Thanks for any help you can give.

    @Elizabeth Clapp

    I looked at your gallery using your username and helper number. I found the Album Lee-Fraser Name Change but did not see a restricted photo. However, if a photo or document is restricted (I did see a restricted picture of a tombstone which confused me as to why) you should get an email telling you that it is restricted. If you disagree, you just need to respond to the email with your reasons why you think it is appropriate and they will review it and respond. For instructions, please see the following help article:

    Only the person who submitted a restricted photo - can actually see it (thats one of the reasons it is called "restricted".)

    if you got a corresponding email related to the restriction - simply reply to it with three words

    "Restricted in Error" - and 9 times out of 10 - it will be released and unrestricted.

    let us know if this was resolved.

    Thanks
