missing ordinance
Douglas Martin Bray LDBR-KR5 (now deceased) told me that he was baptised LDS while he was in the Air Force Ca 1970. This baptism may have occurred in Thailand or the U.S.....The temple ordinance selection menu indicates "REQUEST". ....Can you check to see if this baptism and likely confirmation were performed? Thank you. William C. Baldwin [email protected]

If you go to the Person page for Douglas, you will see there is a duplicate record for him. When you merge the duplicates, you will see the baptism date.

When you are looking at Douglass Martin Bray
8 October 1943 – 18 January 1989

click on his name, and click on Person. Look in the rightmost column and you will see a Possible Duplicate record. Merge the duplicate records, and his baptism date will appear in the merged record.

Here is what jlwestra is referring to:
Click on Possible Duplicate to open the flyout panel then click Review Merge to merge the two records. KWC4-88W is the Family Tree record derived from his membership record and so has his baptism and confirmation record.
Note that since he was born less than 110 years ago, you either need to be his closest living relative or get permission from one of them, that is a living wife, parent, or child, to request ordinances for him or definitely prove to support that he has none.
