Thank you for your question; please give us the project title and batch number for the batch to which you are referring. This is located just above the green line (if you are indexing) or red line (if you are reviewing), which is running across your computer screen. You may copy and paste this information into this feed so that we can see the batch and better answer your question.

    Example:

US, New York, Erie—Index to Land Records, Grantors, 1630–1975 [Part A][MS1R-VHT]

Please share the project and batch information as Linda requested. But without looking at your batch it seems to me that you might be in Row Entry Mode or maybe Table Entry Mode but want to be in Form Entry Mode. Try going to the Data Entry drop-down and choose Form Entry. That will give you an Entry Panel (“Form”) on the left side of the image. If that helps, then you’re good to go. If not, then someone looking at your batch will be able to understand your problem and help.

Using the Form Entry you can also move the form to the right side of your screen if that is more comfortable for you. Click on the 3 white dots on the right side of the blue banner which says Image 1 of 1 (if there is only one image), then click on Move Form Right. The form will stay on the right until you move it back by clicking on the 3 white dots again and then clicking on Move Form Left.
